The brooch was initially conceived as a humorous response to the circumstances of the time, it has evolved to encompass deeper questions about our readiness to listen to others and truly understand one another. Does the need for control over others creep into our interactions, and what does personal freedom truly entail? Despite these contemplative aspects, the piece remains primarily focused on its humorous elements. When people encounter it, their typical reaction is one of amusement, often accompanied by remarks like, "I wish this could actually work!"—a playful acknowledgement of its whimsical nature.
