Bio

Adriana Del Duca, Italian-Venezuelan, after attending the degree course in Communication Sciences in Caracas, she moved to Milan d where studies dramaturgy. In the following years he devoted himself to writing, theater and cinema but in 2014 after ten years of experience in the field of jewelry she chose this path as the only way to express her creative potential and undertake research in the field of contemporary jewelry. Her work Transparencia and Kinetic Paper have been awarded on several occasions thanks to innovation and the creation of an innovative language.

Artist Statement

Transparencia is a collection that moves from research into the behavior of shapes trough transparency, reflexes and movement, concepts related to op-art, the research at the base of this work. The jewels are made of plexiglass satin and hand polished plexiglass and metals such as silver, bronze or steel.
