Bio:
Born in Mexico City, he currently lives in Madrid, Spain. He studied jewelry, enamel and is currently engaged in artistic enamel and jewelry, but also in the investigation of new techniques, new materials and new languages of enamel and its application in contemporary jewelry.
Artist Statement:
With the pieces in this collection, I seek reflection on difficult issues to address such as religion, gender and sexuality, resorting to sarcasm or total violence in shapes, colors or symbols. I do not hide what I want to say in my pieces of jewelry, reality is one and should not be hidden, I believe in its expressive and reivindictive power, its ability to show the realities and lies of my world.
