I am a gay artist who is half white and half Filipino and have always wondered where I fit in. It feels like I was always living a life in translation and in-between spaces, where others dictated who I was and how I should think and feel. I am curious about the stories I have been told and the stories that I tell myself. My latest series investigates the way that I see myself and tell my truth. I think one of the most daring things we can do in life is to know thy self wholly and authentically.
